Entriamo e ci sta tantissima gente .... locale strapieno... siamo stati accolti da una cameriera molto gentile che ci ha subito illustrato e consigliato dei piatti della cucina che ci hanno colpito... nonostante il caos del sabato sera , i camerieri sono stati tutti davvero molto carini e gentili nei nostri confronti ... la ragazza si è scusata più volte per L attesa della carne , nonostante noi nn ci fossimo lamentati di nulla..ottima la qualità degli antipasti , ottimo lo scrigno , gli straccetti e il vitello tonnato ... i ravioli eccezionali ... e la carne molto buona ... da tornare sicuramente ... e da provare in settimana !! Per antipasto due mozzarelle i carrozza e due bruschette, due tagli di carne uruguaiana con patate al forno ed una tagliata con patata al cartoccio. La carne servita sulla piastra e con la cottura richiesta, abbastanza tenera ma con poco sapore (la salatura era giusta, proprio il taglio sapeva di poco), molto buona la tagliata, abbiamo aspettato un po' la patata al cartoccio, per dolce due panne cotte con topper al cioccolato (troppo topper ha reso la panna cotta troppo dolce). Prezzo corretto. Dinner with family members, it was the day before closing, there were no dishes on the menu. Friendly, attentive and fast service. For appetizer two mozzarella i carrozza and two bruschetta, two cuts of Uruguayan meat with baked potatoes and one cut with baked potato. The meat served on the plate and with the required cooking, quite tender but with little flavor (the salting was right, the cut tasted very little), the cut was very good, we waited a bit for the baked potato, for dessert two panne cotte with chocolate topper (too much topper made the panna cotta too sweet). Right price.

Il locale è spazioso e accogliente. Bagni super e pulitissimi. Carni in vista ma probabilmente messi troppo in disparte, migliorabile la scelta del posto. Presa Baffolona (fassona piemontese) e Angus texano cottura media. Dicono 50 giorni di frollatura per la piemontese, al palato mooolto tenera e succosa, granetti di sale e niente altro. Sublime. Contorni. Patate al forno e cicorietta ripassata in padella poca molto poca, ma buona. Angus come sopra. Differenze? Pressoché irrilevanti. Carbonara nella tradizione con guanciale croccante come si deve. Il personale che ci ha servito con la tendenza al risparmio cortesia sorrisi ne abbiamo finiti, puntuale ed efficiente. Super clean bathrooms. Meats in sight but probably too far apart, the choice of place can be improved. Presa Baffolona (Piedmontese Fassona) and medium-cooked Texan Angus. They say 50 days of maturation for the Piedmontese, very tender and juicy on the palate, grains of salt and nothing else. Sublime. Side Dishes. Baked potatoes and chicory sautéed in a little, very little, but good pan. Angus as above. Differences? Almost irrelevant. Traditional carbonara with crispy bacon as it should be. Sono andata in questo ristorante per degustare non i primi,che ho saputo che sono buonissimi,ma quella favolosa carne, che a chi piace può tranquillamente rifarsi(come di suol dire)occhi e bocca. Morbidissima,al sangue, o cotta( per me la prima)antipasto di carpaccio su un letto di rucola,polpettine alla cacio e pepe,tartare al tartufo,al pesto e......
