Mi sono accordato con l'agente un sabato mattina per visionare un immobile lunedì mattina.
Ho specificato che avrei dovuto viaggiare per diverse centinaia di chilometri per arrivare a Torino all'appuntamento, ma ho ricevuto rassicurazioni sul fatto che l'incontro si sarebbe svolto correttamente.
Il lunedì mattina, mentre mi trovavo in viaggio verso Torino ho ricevuto un SMS dell'agente, la quale mi diceva che l'immobile era stato bloccato da una persona che lo aveva visionato tempo prima.
Provando a contattarla per spiegazioni non ricevo alcuna risposta e non verrò più ricontattato.
Non discuto il fatto che un venditore 'venda' il prodotto a chi per primo manifesti l'intenzione di concludere l'affare, ma avrei gradito almeno essere avvertito preventivamente della possibilità che l'immobile venisse bloccato a giorni, per evitare di fare un viaggio inutilmente.
Avrei inoltre gradito (evitando questa pessima recensione) la gentilezza di ricevere spiegazioni telefonicamente.
Mi dispiace ma sconsiglierò questa agenzia a chi eventualmente mi chiederà informazioni in futuro.
The behavior in my case was not at all professional.
I agreed with the agent on a Saturday morning to see a building on Monday morning.
I specified that I had to travel for several hundred kilometers to arrive in Turin at the appointment, but I received reassurance that the meeting would take place correctly.
On Monday morning, while I was traveling to Turin, I received an SMS from the agent, who told me that the property had been blocked by a person who had viewed it some time before.
Trying to contact her for explanations I do not receive any reply and will not be contacted again.
I do not dispute the fact that a seller 'sells' the product to those who first express an intention to close the deal, but I would have liked at least to be warned in advance of the possibility that the property would be blocked in days, to avoid making a trip uselessly.
I would also have appreciated (avoiding this bad review) the kindness to receive explanations by telephone.
I am sorry but I will not recommend this agency to anyone who will ask me for information in the future.
