L	Luciano Quattrocolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ da " ex " del settore mi ritrovo ora come acquirente, seguito dal mio consulente immobiliare di fiducia ( previa chiamata alla collega che gestiva l'incarico per chiedere la collaborazione) venerdi 18/02 andiamo a vedere un immobile sito in via pietro cossa in vendita a 145k, la casa ci piace, fissiamo un'altro appuntamento per prendere due misure il lunedi successivo( dove la collega venuta a conoscenza della volontà di fare proposta chiede l'1% ) ma ci piace, e ci rendiamo disponibili a pagare la collega, quest ultima ci dice che vi era gia un'offerta a prezzo pieno in attesa di essere discussa,decidiamo di proporre TREMILA euro in piu ( quindi 148k ) la collega ANNA CACCHERANO scorrettamente non ci fornisce i dati dei proprietari al fine di poter fare la proposta, dopo numerose chiamate riesco a parlare con il " broker " dell'agenzia che casualmente era ignaro di tutto, ma a sua volta non ci ha comunque permesso di avanzare proposta definendo la pratica chiusa a 145mila, onestamente penso che queste persone rovivino il ruolo del consulente immobiliare e sopratutto NON FANNO GLI INTERESSI DEI PROPRIETARI bensì i loro, detto ciò mi auguro che tale recensione arrivi a futuri proprietari che magari vogliono vendere tramite Voi sappiate che a me personalmente è accaduto quanto scritto e onestamente trovo davvero triste e spiacevole questa faccenda. as an "ex" in the sector I now find myself as a buyer, followed by my trusted real estate consultant (after calling the colleague who managed the assignment to ask for collaboration) Friday 18/02 we go to see a property located in via pietro cossa for sale at 145k, we like the house, we make another appointment to take two measures on the following Monday (where the colleague who becomes aware of the desire to make a proposal asks for 1%) but we like it, and we make ourselves available to pay the colleague , the latter tells us that there was already a full-price offer waiting to be discussed, we decide to propose THREE THOUSAND euro more (therefore 148k) our colleague ANNA CACCHERANO incorrectly does not provide us with the data of the owners in order to be able to make the proposal, after numerous calls I am able to talk to the agency "broker" who by chance was unaware of everything, but in turn did not allow us to make a proposal, defining the case closed at 145 thousand, honestly I think that these people ruin the role of the real estate consultant and above all they DO NOT MAKE THE INTERESTS OF THE OWNERS but theirs, having said that I hope that this review will reach future owners who maybe want to sell through you.You know that what has been written has happened to me personally and I honestly find this very sad and unpleasant.

Gli agenti che mi hanno seguita si sono dimostrati non preparati, non professionali, non capaci, privi di empatia e tracotanti. Mi sono state taciute volontariamente informazioni rilevanti e dopo 6 mesi di richieste ho firmato un compromesso senza che mi fossero consegnati i documenti richiesti. Sconsiglio caldamente, quantomeno le persone che hanno seguito me. Sulla Vostra risposta: da gennaio ho inviato dozzine di mail a due Vostri collaboratori (mi è stato proprio da voi suggerito a seguito di mie segnalazioni rispetto a assenze di risposta e tempi di riscontro). Oltre a non ricevere documenti rilevanti entro il compromesso, più volti richiesti, vi ricordo che vi siete rifiutati di redigere il preliminare in quanto non ho scelto il Vostro notaio, il cui preventivo peraltro è risultato il più caro di tutti quelli contattati. Ho inoltre inviato una email alla Vs Responsabile prima dell’atto in cui ho evidenziato le criticità patite e ho ricevuto una risposta, scritta in prima persona e firmata a suo nome ma spedita dall’indirizzo dell’agenzia e non dal suo diretto. L’ho trovato un po’ triste anche se scrivete che i clienti sono per voi al primo posto. Ho pagato la provvigione richiesta, rimane un mio diritto quantomeno dare un feedback sul servizio ricevuto. La ‘recensione assolutamente priva di veridicità’ lo sarà dal Vostro punto di vista. Laddove ne aveste bisogno potrei REinoltrarvi tutte le email per aiutarvi a ricordare. Cordialmente, buon lavoro.
