Great professionalism and above all availability. I relied on 100case immobiliare to buy an apartment and they really dedicated themselves to helping me find what I was looking for! All the staff are trained, I chose this agency precisely because they followed me from start to finish and I felt very safe thanks to their knowledge and preparation. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta alla 100 Case immobiliare per aiutare un nostro ospite dell'Hotel a trovare casa per un periodo lungo a Firenze dato che non avevamo disponibilità per soggiorni così a lungo termine. Lo staff della 100 case si è reso subito disponibile mostrando grande professionalità ed efficienza! Mi rivolgerò sicuramente a loro anche in futuro in caso di necessità. Tra l'altro oltre ad occuparsi di locazioni immobiliari per breve e lungo termine, so che gestiscono la parte di compravendita....quindi non potrò che chiedere a loro! Grazie ancora! :)
I turned to 100 Case immobiliare to help one of our hotel guests find a house for a long period in Florence as we were not available for such long-term stays. The 100 case staff immediately made themselves available showing great professionalism and efficiency! I will certainly turn to them in the future in case of need. Among other things, in addition to dealing with real estate leases for short and long term, I know that they manage the buying and selling part .... so I can only ask them! Thanks again! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional service. They stopped responding me when there were problems with landlord. Didn’t help at all. Slandered me. Accused me of stealing thing which even weren’t in flat. And took a money for it.I’m shocked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This agency is only trying to get your money, do not contact with them. The owners never replied and now they still owe us almost 2.000€, (and the agency says that they have nothing to do with it).
The prices are very high and the apartments look nice but when you get in to live they are in very bad condition (such as cockroaches, the heat sistem didn't work, broken water system, it smells...)
Very very unprofessional, do not trust them, if you're an student from another country they're going to take advantage of you.
A very unpleasant experience.
Google doesn't let me but I wouldn't put even one star.
