V	Valeria Mazzamurro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo recati per un cambio regalo ricevuto,non sono solita fare reclami,ma questa volta mi sento di segnalare la maleducazione del proprietario,che dopo tre quarti d ora che eravamo dentro e non trovavamo qualcosa che ci entusiasmasse a tal punto dall acquistarlo,eravamo pronti a farci fare un buono e tornare con calma poichè dovevamo recarci al lavoro. Il figlio gentilissimo che ci ha servito,ci ha proposto anche l eventualità di restituirci i soldi.Noi abbiamo accettato poichè i capi del negozio pur essendo molti,non corrispondono al gusto di noi trentenni. Il proprietario a questo punto ci ha risposto in malo modo dicendo che andava bene darci i soldi,perché se no per stare dietro a noi avrebbe perso mille euro di vendite(sottolineo che NON era lui a servirci).noi abbiamo usato rispetto ed educazione e chi ha a che fare con la gente e lavora in un negozio dovrebbe averne altrettanto. The very kind son who served us, also proposed the possibility of giving us back the money. We accepted because the heads of the shop, although many, do not correspond to the taste of us in our thirties. The owner at this point replied in a bad way saying that it was okay to give us the money, because otherwise, to be behind us, he would have lost a thousand euros in sales (I underline that it was NOT he who served us). We used respect and education and those who deal with people and work in a shop should have the same.
