★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale poco cortese e scarsamente professionale considerato che rifiuta, e sottolineo rifiuta, il pagamento bancomat per importi inferiori ai 30€. Trovo sia poco professionale oltre ad essere anche illegale e per il quale faro esposto alla guardia di finanza!
Unfriendly and poorly professional staff considering that refuses, and I stress refuses, the ATM payment for amounts less than € 30. I find it unprofessional as well as being illegal and for which I am exposed to the finance guard!

Highly rude and unfriendly staff. At a request for information I was forced to introduce myself indicating my name and surname .... otherwise they would not have given me information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre disponibili e gentili, forniti sempre, li seguo anche su internet, su Instagram, i commessi sono sempre aggiornati su tutto sono una loro cliente da oltre 8 anni e non ho mai trovato nessun difetto.
Always available and kind, always provided, I also follow them on the internet, on Instagram, the shop assistants are always up to date on everything I have been a customer of theirs for over 8 years and I have never found any defect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio giudizio riguarda i tamponi per il covid. Primo tampone comprato in un altra farmacia e fatto a casa risultato positivo. Secondo tampone fatto in farmacia da loro in tre secondi, senza aspettare neanche due minuti il risultato, dichiarato negativo e buttato il tampone. Del tipo via uno e dentro l'altro (pure con una sola porta di entrata/uscita e i clienti in Coda con chi doveva fare i tamponi). Fatto terzo tampone in casa, sempre positivo. Ora, dopo una settimana, fatto il 4° rapido in un altra farmacia e risultato positivo. Risultato: avevano tutti ragione eccetto il negativo fatto da loro in fretta e furia!
My judgment is about the covid swabs. First swab bought in another pharmacy and made at home tested positive. Second swab made in the pharmacy by them in three seconds, without waiting even two minutes for the result, declared negative and thrown away the swab. Of the type via one and inside the other (even with only one entrance / exit door and customers in the queue with whom he had to do the tampons). Made a third swab at home, always positive. Now, after a week, I did the 4th quick in another pharmacy and tested positive. Result: they were all right except the negative done by them in a hurry!
