★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un luogo squallido di sera e di giorno, zona degradata, senza parcheggi liberi ed inoltre invasa dai piccioni appiccati sulle terrazze degli appartamenti che a vedere per la meta sono vuoti. Praticamente invendibile e non è stato fatto proprio nessun intervento di riqualificazione urbana che potesse cancellare il degrado di tutto il quartiere.
A squalid place in the evening and during the day, a degraded area, without free parking spaces and also invaded by pigeons hanging on the terraces of the apartments that are empty to see for the goal. Practically unsaleable and no urban redevelopment was done that could erase the degradation of the whole neighborhood.
