Il giorno dell' ordine ci siamo accertati più volte che la porta fosse come quella del catalogo con dettagli e rifiniture;arriva la porta dopo due mesi con una maniglia e colore diverso da quella richiesta. Per farsi rispondere in azienda consiglio domanda in carta bollata. Prima e ultima volta in questa azienda. Recandoci in ufficio la risposta è stata che se volevamo la porta come volevamo dovevamo riordinare da capo e pagare differenza della maniglia ( quasi 300 euro ) nonostante il loro errore il titolare non ha voluto fare ne sconto ne niente per venirci incontro. La collega 50 EURO ci ha tolto dal totale. Vergognosi !!! MAI PIÙ DISAPPOINTING experience !!! Office staff incompetent and unable to take an order for a security door following our requests. On the day of the order we made sure several times that the door was like the one in the catalog with details and finishes; the door arrives after two months with a different handle and color from the one requested. To be answered in the company, I recommend a question on stamped paper. First and last time in this company. Going to the office the answer was that if we wanted the door as we wanted we had to reorder from scratch and pay the difference of the handle (almost 300 euros) despite their mistake, the owner did not want to do anything discount or to meet us. The colleague 50 EURO took us away from the total. Shameful !!! NEVER AGAIN

ASSOLUTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO! A well-known name in the area and beyond, but the quality of the doors is poor to say the least ... Ho eseguito un ordine di acquisto, sono fiducioso di aver fatto un buon acquisto al giusto prezzo.
