Unica pecca: manca la lista dei vini. In ogni caso, ottimo quello consigliato dal patron. Ci tornerò, e lo consiglio. Here is the place that raises the level of Dolo's catering. Excellent quality and skill. Small room but with a large outdoor area. The only flaw: the wine list is missing. In any case, the one recommended by the patron is excellent. I will be back, and recommend it.
R	Red stone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non siamo stati soddisfatti! Oggi 1° maggio, ci siamo fermati senza prenotare, a parte il riso asparagi scampi molto buono! Gli gnocchi piselli stracciatella erano mischiati dei pezzi di fusilli che erano stati cucinati per i bimbi. Per l'appunto i bimbi hanno mangiato fusilli al ragù(ragù fatto con pezzi di carne probabilmente avanzata e rimacinata) leggermente piccante. Il pinot grigio ordinato era un rosé (non bianco). Ho ordinato una normale birra bionda..ma dal gusto sembrava una ipa. Il titolare ha poi chiesto come è andata..noi non bene!.. Lui beh! Te poi tornare a casa tua... Ho visto le altre recensioni tutte positive, per cui non saprei! Forse siamo capitati nel giorno sbagliato, ho avuto come l'impressione che ci abbiano trattati per come eravamo vestiti.. Cioè un pò sciatti con i capelli arrufati. Non avrei nemmeno pensato di postare una recensione negativa per la verità, se il titolare non fosse stato scortese! Al contrario della cameriera, molto pronta, gentile, disponibile.. We were not satisfied! Today May 1st, we stopped by without booking, apart from the very good asparagus shrimp rice! The stracciatella pea gnocchi were mixed with pieces of fusilli that had been cooked for the children. In fact, the children ate fusilli al ragù (ragù made with pieces of meat probably left over and re-milled) slightly spicy. The pinot grigio ordered was a rosé (not white). I ordered a normal lager beer..but it tasted like an ipa. The owner then asked how it went .. we are not good! .. He well! You then go back to your house ... I've seen the other reviews all positive, so I don't know! Maybe we happened on the wrong day, I got the impression that we were treated as we were dressed .. That is a little sloppy with tousled hair. I would not have even thought of posting a negative review to be honest, if the owner had not been rude! Unlike the waitress, very prompt, kind, helpful ..

Piatti ben presentati ma non troppo elaborati ad esaltare la genuinità, qualità e freschezza degli ingredienti utilizzati. L'autenticità delle viarie pietanze è garantita a testimonianza della grande professionalità e competenza in arte culinaria. Locale molto singolare sotto tutti i punti di vista. Giudizio finale Eccellente. Very nice restaurant located in the historic center of Dolo. Staff very kind, nice and very helpful. Very elegant and refined design of the room in a warm and enveloping atmosphere, it puts you at ease as you feel at home. Amazing cleanliness, courses and table decor. Dishes well presented but not too elaborate to enhance the genuineness, quality and freshness of the ingredients used. The authenticity of the dishes is guaranteed as a testimony to the great professionalism and competence in the culinary art. Very unique place from all points of view. Final judgment Excellent.
