★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was alright, nothing special, I've tasted way way better pastas in Italy. The service wasn't very good, since we had to wait for roughly 1.5 hours for the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service and food are terrible. I ordered a carbonara and it was inedible. When it first arrived, the dish was cold and the egg was super runny (wet and soupy almost) and soggy. I showed them the plate and they tried to fix it but I think they forgot to add the parmesan and only added the egg with a tablespoon of salt. They insist that's the recipe and even though I didn't eat the dish since all I can taste was super salty eggy cold pasta and honestly the most disgusting thing ever, they still charged us for it because they insisted that's how carbonara is made. The carbonara in Hotel Dolimiti across the street was one of the best I've ever had and I think they can learn a thing or two from their neighbor. The servers also seemed to hate their jobs and their customers so the vibe was stressful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place in the center of Canazei. The food was great and the staff very courteous. In my opinion a little expensive. I recommend it for anyone who wants to eat good quality local food.

opinions. Safe place to visit, but do not expect fireworks.
About wine: AVOID Pinot NeroBlauburgunder. Very flat, without finish, 5 eur at Lidl.
About wine: GO FOR Gewurztraminer white. Very fruity bitining your tongue. Nice. Nice!
