Excellent quality restaurant and extremely kind people. High quality food at a reasonable price. Recommended to reserve a table ahead during the summer (and winter) season.

Kind service, delicious food, although I wish it was a bit warmer... (Maybe that's because I came just before the kitchen was closed at the end of the lunch service).

What an outstanding restaurant with the privilege of excellent waiters and Roberto Anesi as the owner, the best Italian sommelier 2017! Highly recommended

El Pael is hands down the best place we ate at in Italy, quite possibly ever. The ravioli was so good; best pasta we had during our trip.

Beautiful place, very good food. The El Pael is a nice little restaurant in the middle of the mountains. The owner Roberto Anesi recommended us some dishes and wines to drink with. It was a very nice experience and all tastet really good ( especially the Rib Eye). I recommend the Restaurant to everyone and for all the passionate wine drinkers, just ask Roberto. Thank you!

Fine establishment. The sommelier is best in Italy 2017, apparently. However the service lacks a bit of organization and you feel a bit institutionalized. A good Canazei restaurant, but value for money one will find better options.

Excellent food but not really recommended for families with small children. The sommelier (owner?) at the reception gave us cold stares since the moment we stepped in and the only two sentences we heard from him where "Let me show your table" and "have the children remove the shoes if they sit on the bench" as if they were going to jump on it. The waiter that served our table was much nicer, but we were still shaking off the cold reception. The food was the positive note of the evening with a perfectly cooked venison with a Porcini side dish and an amazing purple gnocchi with cheese and mushrooms, even if slightly under salted and over cooked. We will be back on the new year on January 1st because of the food, and hopefully the reception is better and we can write off the first evening as a one off bad experience..
