Consideriamo veramente l' Orto come la nostra seconda casa.... Un luogo immerso nel verde dove si può godere della cordialità e disponibilità di Letizia & co., gustare dei cibi non troppo elaborati ma presentati e cucinati in maniera impeccabile. Un rifugio per il l cuore, gli occhi e la mente grazie al quale sfuggire anche se solo per poche ore ad una quotidianità a volte veramente insopportabile. Grazie

È stato un alternativa ad un ristorante pieno, ma ha superato le nostre aspettative. Eravamo in gruppo di domenica, l'atmosfera è proprio quella di campagna, molto curata soprattutto nei dettagli, immersi negli ulivi viterbese su una vista sulla Tuscia bellissima! Gli interni sono un misto tra un rustico moderno che trasmette tranquillità e serenità. I piatti.. Wow! Soprattutto l'antipasto di Hans super abbondante e buonissimo! I primi piatti eccezionali, pasta fresca fatta in casa con dei sughetti deliziosi! Per non parlare dei dolci.. Dovete assaggiarli per capire! Il personale simpaticissimi e cordiale, con tanto di visita finale dello chef/cuoco con il suo accento del sudtirol.

Una signora gentile ci ha introdotti in un' atmosfera accogliente.Bello l'ambiente rustico ma molto ben curato; altrettanto buona la cucina, dolci deliziosi. La campagna che circonda la struttura rimanda a tempi andati. Torneremo presto, grazie

abbiamo soggiornato la notte tra il 26 ed il 27 marzo in questa struttura prenotando tramite mail con pagamento anticipato. Location veramente bella, panoramica e ben curata ma lo staff ci ha lasciato molto perplessi sull'ospitabilità, motivo per cui meritano le 2 stelle. La colazione a dir poco deludente, in varie recensioni abbiamo l'indicazione che era molto ricca ma non è stato così, due piattini (uno per me ed uno per mia moglie) con 2 fette di ciambellone, un muffin ed una fetta di crostata e due cappuccini richiesti da noi. La cosa peggiore che alla nostra bambina di circa 3 anni non hanno portato neanche un biscotto, solo un bicchiere di latte bianco (il cacao non c'era). Non mi sarei aspettato di dover andare al supermercato per comprare la colazione a nostra figlia. Uno dei motivi per cui avevamo scelto la struttura era la fattoria, altra delusione! Appena arrivati abbiamo chiesto di poterla visitare la fattoria ma la signora dopo averci vietato assolutamente di farlo da soli ci ha detto che non ci sarebbe stato nessuno disponibile ad accompagnarci. Il check in è dalle 16, e verso quest'orario siamo arrivati ma se poi non si può visitare la fattoria per mancanza di personale meglio non pubblicizzarla. Ottima struttura ma da migliorare decisamente il trattamento riservato agli ospiti

Very beautiful and scenic country restaurant, Letizia the owner/chef cooked us a fresh and tasty meal. Very friendly staff. In the middle of the countryside, peaceful place between olive trees, nut trees and hills. We hope to come back!

My boyfriend came from London and we went to l’orto di Hans for 3 nights. We absolutely loved it!!!!! The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere and the menu is rich! We have decided to eat there everyday. Wonderful wine and we were served by this BEAUTIFUL family! Our place was extremely clean, cozy and beautiful. It is such a relaxing place where every detail of l’orto di Hans is thoughtful! And let’s not talk about the nature all around!!!! The place is also perfect to get the car and travel around! Letizia was very professional since the beginning. Prompt check-in. Such an adorable family! We celebrated my boyfriend’s bday there and Letizia came with a cake and they all sang for him! We will go back soon and we totally recommend this place for all ages. We also brought with us our Australian Shepard who also loved the place.

The restaurant, the service, the ambience was perfection. We had the house starters. The wine was superb. We had sigaro wine and brought a few cases home. You can't go wrong.

My family and I, plus a couple of friends and their child, have been at the “L’orto di Hans” for the Easter Monday lunch. Based on our experience, the best quality of this spot is its location, which is very scenic. We had a lot of fun playing in the park with the children. I highly appreciate the owners didn’t allow the guests to see the animals and not stress them (the animals, not the guests). Only for this, this place has all my respect. It’s another story when it comes to the food experience. Here’s the experience in short: Atmosphere & Place 7: L’orto di Hans shows the owners' incredible passion for keeping it a wonderful place. I wouldn’t say I like the shabby chic style. I feel it doesn’t belong to the Italian countryside. We only saw the restaurants, and the furniture and the services were average. Menu 5: The only reason for this vote is the lack of details on the menu. Some ingredients, such as the mint leaves on the tagliatelle ai carciofi, were not mentioned, and IMO this is not acceptable. The pasta al pomodoro for the kids, the arrosticini and the porchetta were very yummy, but the pasta rolls with cheese and the baked potatoes were tasteless. In terms of satisfaction, It was like on a roller coaster. Service 7 ½: As usual, interacting with the staff was the added value to our experience. All of them were very nice and highly professional. The lady that served us was really sorry for the “mint leaves” problem and proposed to have another dish o to have a new one without the mint leaves. I appreciated it. Bill 5 ½: I feel this area is expensive compared to similar locations in the rest of the region.
