La pulizia e l'ordine, a differenza di altri frantoi, regnano sovrani. Sia la consegna delle olive che il ritiro dell'olio avvengono in pochi minuti. Naturalmente, al colmo della stagione, può accadere di dover fare la fila, ma comunque tutto si risolve nel giro di breve tempo. Particolare molto importante è che si può ritirare l'olio esclusivamente prodotto dalle proprie olive. Per concludere, i prezzi di molitura sono molto buoni
