★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una delle migliori pizzerie al taglio di Viterbo, inoltre sono gli inventori dell'unico ed inimitabile hot dog di Gigi che è sublime. I proprietari sono molto simpatici con la battuta sempre pronta. Fanno anche i calzoni e qualche dolcetto. Se non avete voglia o tempo di cucinare andate da loro!!!
One of the best pizzerias by the slice in Viterbo, they are also the inventors of the unique and inimitable Gigi hot dog which is sublime. The owners are very nice with the joke always ready. They also make breeches and some sweets. If you don't feel like cooking or don't have time to cook, go to them !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amici pizzettari di tanto tempo,, quando da prima che prendessi la patente a piedi raggiungevo la pizzeria per mangiarla con gusto per la sua mozzarella filante.. che gusto! Dopo ...anni la mozzarella è ancora filante! Bravi avete mantenuto la qualità nel tempo.
Da provare e consigliare!!!
Long time pizza friends, when from before I took my driving license I reached the pizzeria to eat it with gusto for its stringy mozzarella .. what a taste! After ... years the mozzarella is still racy! Well done, you have maintained the quality over time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baldini pizza è una delle pizzerie al taglio storiche di Viterbo. Dietro al bancone troverete lo "zio" , sempre con il sorriso e la battuta pronta e pizza di vari gusti. Da provare l'hot dog farcito con tutte le salse. All'interno del locale sono presenti dei tavoli e si può consumare sul posto.
Baldini pizza is one of the historic pizzerias in Viterbo. Behind the counter you will find the "uncle", always with a smile and a ready joke and pizza of various flavors. Try the hot dog stuffed with all the sauces. Inside the restaurant there are tables and you can eat on the spot.
