I have been using the Fraccari family for many years, first by Mr. Napoleon, now from Fabrizio.
All my mechanical watches, even the cheapest ones, have had at least one serviced by them. Always perfect works, a watch after their cleaning and adjustment, runs better than new, honest price and courtesy do the rest.
