★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il computer a riparare dicendo che si bloccava per un probolema alla scheda grafica, che avevo reinstallato il SO e aggiornato il driver ella scheda grafica ma senza risultato. Mi hanno ridato il computer dicendo che lo avevano pulito, reinstallato il SO e il driver della scheda grafica (!). Accendo il computer a casa ed il problema si rimanifesta. Scrivo un mail lamentandomi del problema non risolto e chiededno loro come intendevano procedere. Risposta: nessuna risposta nè telefonica nè per e-mail. Una stella è una valutazione eccessiva.
I took the computer to repair saying it was crashing due to a problem with the graphics card, that I had reinstalled the OS and updated the graphics card driver but to no avail. They gave me back the computer saying they had cleaned it, reinstalled the OS and the graphics card driver (!). I turn on the computer at home and the problem reappears. I write an email complaining about the unsolved problem and ask them how they intended to proceed. Answer: no answer either by telephone or by e-mail. A star is an excessive rating.
