Abbiamo comprato un collare per il nostro pastore tedesco, ma è risultato piccolo siamo andati per cambiarlo e non c'era misura più grande e i commessi si sono rifiutati di rilasciare un buono per l'importo speso, anzi volevano darci un buono valido fino alla chiusura serale del negozio. Abbiamo chiesto di contattare un responsabile ma ci è stato negato. Pessimo trattamento. Poco professionali. Really incorrect. We bought a collar for our German Shepherd, but it turned out to be small we went to change it and there was no larger size and the shop assistants refused to issue a voucher for the amount spent, indeed they wanted to give us a voucher valid until closing time shop evening. We asked to contact a manager but was denied. Bad treatment. Unprofessional.

Peccato il prezzo delle pettorine Jiulius, come in tutti i negozi di animali d'altra parte, perchè online su un notissimo e-commerce costano esattamente la metà. I've been there once because I'm passing through Latina. I enjoyed it and the prices were good and the staff were kind. Cozy place. Too bad the price of Jiulius harnesses, as in all pet shops on the other hand, because online on a well-known e-commerce they cost exactly half.
