Mi sono rivolto a loro per vendere un appartamento dopo un esperienza non positiva avuta con altri venditori. Ho seguito i loro consigli. Le visite erano selezionate secondo l'esigenza dell'acquirente. Dopo 40 giorni ho venduto al prezzo desiderato. Ottimo lavoro, ringrazio il Geometra Davide Corelli che ha curato al millesimo la trattativa. Professionalism, seriousness and courtesy are the masters of D-Casa. They are true professionals think of everything. I turned to them to sell an apartment after a bad experience with other sellers. I followed their advice. The visits were selected according to the buyer's needs. After 40 days I sold at the desired price. Great job, I thank the surveyor Davide Corelli who took care of the negotiation to the thousandth.

Penso che l'unica cosa che faccia questa agenzia è soddisfare il proprio portafogli, come è giusto che sia per un'impresa. La cosa che invece non mi è piaciuta è stata la RISPOSTA MOLTO MALEDUCATA ricevuta ad una semplice domanda posta al titolare incontrato per caso vicino casa. Altra cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stato come nonostante nella proposta precontrattuale fossero presenti delle clausole (sistemazione finestre) non rispettate dal proprietario di casa, di cui D-CASA non si è preoccupata minimamente di verificare. Morale della favola? Dopo quasi due anni, innumerevoli problemi (siamo stati con 6 mesi di candele profumate per puzza di fogna nell'immobile), minacce ricevute dal proprietario siamo andati anche in tribunale. In primis perché dopo un anno e mezzo non ho più voluto pagare affitto e me ne volevo andare ( ed ho chiesto si trattenessero la caparra) e in secondo luogo per un aggressione fisica ricevuta oltre alle innumerevoli verbali. NOTATE BENE: Nonostante avessero negato i problemi alle finestre, dopo tre mesi le hanno sostituite tutte. Esperienza totalmente negativa. Aggiunta in risposta. Il disservizio non vi è stato inizialmente. La cosa che non ho gradito è stata l'aggressione verbale subita quando ho chiesto consiglio per i problemi riscontrati. Qualcuno ha memoria corta. (1 STAR given in 2018) I am reviewing only now given the ironic response of the owner. I think the only thing this agency does is satisfy their portfolio, as it should be for a business. The thing that I didn't like was the VERY RUDE ANSWER received to a simple question asked to the owner met by chance near his home. Another thing I did not like was how despite the fact that in the pre-contractual proposal there were some clauses (window arrangement) not respected by the home owner, of which D-CASA did not bother to verify in the least. Moral of the story? After almost two years, countless problems (we were with 6 months of scented candles for sewer smell in the building), threats received from the owner we also went to court. Firstly because after a year and a half I no longer wanted to pay rent and I wanted to leave (and I asked them to keep the deposit) and secondly because of a physical assault received in addition to the countless reports. PLEASE NOTE: Although they denied the windows problems, after three months they replaced all of them. Totally bad experience. Added in response. There was no disservice initially. The thing I didn't like was the verbal aggression I suffered when I asked for advice on the problems encountered. Someone has a short memory.
