Offerta: Pizza con impasti particolari, multicereali e carbone minerale, buona e leggera. Posto da provare. Parere personale, a prescindere, non trovo giustificato l'extra prezzo per la scelta degli differenti impasti. Suggested by friends, nice surprise, very particular location located in the pedestrian area in the center of Settimo. Offer: Pizza with special doughs, multigrain and mineral coal, good and light. Place to try. Personal opinion, regardless, I do not find the extra price justified for the choice of the different doughs.

I fritti dell'antipasto sono qualcosa di eccezionale che sarebbero da inserire tra le portate principali. Personale super organizzato, disponibile e gentile. Prezzi in linea con le altre pizzerie. Cosa dire sicuramente diventerà una tappa fissa per un ottima pizza....se proprio si vuole trovare un difetto forse 2.5€ di coperto sono un pò eccessivi...ma sicuramente una pizzeria irrinunciabile.PROVATELA I would say it's just the BEGINNING of many other dinners. Pizzas as beautiful as they are good, choice of 3 types of dough (normal, charcoal and multigrain). The fried appetizers are something exceptional that should be included among the main courses. Super organized, helpful and kind staff. Prices in line with other pizzerias. What to say will certainly become a fixed stop for an excellent pizza .... if you really want to find a defect maybe 2.5 € of cover is a little excessive ... but certainly an indispensable pizzeria.

Abbiamo preso l'antipasto che ti consente di assaggiare i tre tipi di impasto che il locale offre(normale, al carbone vegetale e ai cereali) con farciture differenti e già questa idea ci è piaciuta moltissimo. I dolci sono molto particolari, una rivisitazione di quelli classici. Pizzeria premiata con 5 stelline, le merita tutte. Il conto nella norma, accanto a pizze classiche ci sono quelle più gourmet, ma che salgono di prezzo per la qualità degli ingredienti. Very elegant gourmet pizzeria. The pizza is exceptional, for those who love Neapolitan pizza. We took the appetizer that allows you to taste the three types of dough that the restaurant offers (normal, charcoal and cereals) with different fillings and we already liked this idea very much. The desserts are very special, a reinterpretation of the classic ones. Pizzeria awarded with 5 stars, it deserves them all. The bill is normal, alongside classic pizzas there are the more gourmet ones, but which increase in price due to the quality of the ingredients.

Da ex pizzaiolo era la prima volta che assaggiavo un impasto contemporaneo e devo dire che i ragazzi della inizio hanno reso le pizze una vera e propria opera d'arte..consiglio vivamente ,per i suoi punti di forza, location, alimenti ,personale e rapporto qualità/prezzo . Concludo con i complimenti per i ragazzi dello staff e per il suo essere "l inizio" di una bella serata. Beautiful place, very trained and courteous staff, available and I would say, professionals in the sector. As a former pizza maker it was the first time I tasted a contemporary dough and I must say that the guys from the beginning made the pizzas a real work of art ... I highly recommend, for its strengths, location, food, staff and value for money . I conclude with the congratulations for the guys on the staff and for being the "beginning" of a beautiful evening.

Arredata con gusto,con materiali di pregio, è evidente la ricerca dettagliata anche dei particolari.Ad esempio,le sedie più comode ch'io abbia mai trovato in un ristorante. Cucina a vista al secondo piano,con personale all'altezza,anche di sala, nella loro elegante uniforme. Pulizia e ordine vanno di pari passo col resto. Ampia varietà di scelta sulle pizze e sugli impasti dalla classica,al carbone vegetale alla multicereali,tutte estremamente leggere e digeribili Ottima scelta di birre,vini e dolci. Un posto sicuro dove mangiare una pizza non banale,ricercata e fuori dal comune. Prezzi equi con l'offerta. Within a marvelous construction on 3 levels, this contemporary pizzeria (as per their definition) does not betray the expectations. Tastefully furnished with quality materials, the detailed research of details is evident, for example, the most comfortable chairs I have ever found in a restaurant. Open kitchen on the second floor, with staff at the height, even in the dining room, in their elegant uniform. Cleanliness and order go hand in hand with the rest. Wide variety of choice on pizzas and doughs from classic, to charcoal to multigrain, all extremely light and digestible Great choice of beers, wines and desserts. A safe place to eat a non-trivial, sophisticated and out of the ordinary pizza. Fair prices with the offer.

L'Inizio pizzeria is one of the best places to enjoy a consistently tasty pizza gourmet in addition to a wide selection of delicious and special fresh pizzas of different types with a great variety of toppings and styles... It's such a great experience eating at this restaurant and will definitely be back soon!
