Bistrò Medina - Pizzeria Ristorante

Bad experience. We were customers of the Bistrò before the outbreak of the pandemic, and we decided to go back even though we had received some negative criticism from friends about the new management of the place. Negatively reviewing a restaurant is never pleasant, especially in this difficult period. This collection of observations therefore aims to be an incentive to improve a place with great potential, and I reserve the right to update the experience if in the future I should find the improvements that have occurred. The place was born with a clearly industrial style. Inheriting a management means maintaining the style, or changing it appropriately. The tables, black and elegant, are now completely covered with cheap paper tablecloths, in disharmony with the style of the walls and the furnishings of the room. The inattention to detail then continues in the state of the bathrooms, where cracks and infiltrations convey a feeling of decadence; in the choice of supplies (bottle of water from the supermarket charged 1.50 euros) and in the cleaning of the cutlery (glass with residues and encrustations), to conclude with the menu. We are in 2021, you are the owner of a restaurant and you have a completely digital menu. Is it possible that you cannot update it by inserting a warning about the lack of meat sushi courses for kitchen makeover? I can understand the laziness of reprinting the QR codes on the tables, but at least updating the one on the Facebook page? Notify customers when they sit down that the menu they are viewing is incomplete or partial? Ridiculous, indeed no: the result of inattention. Regarding the courses ... I had the opportunity to taste a pizza, average with nothing sensational, and a first course of paccheri with sausage and burrata, almost nauseating. Bill, 25 euros.

Nice place, unwelcoming staff. Hard tartare and not the best potatoes, very good desserts.

Excellent pizza with proposals even outside the classics. The meat sushi is also a fantastic idea in the all you can eat offer. price perfectly in line with expectations. Friendly, nice and fast staff. Fresh fish of excellent quality, balanced desserts with a good proposal thanks also to the trio.

Very good, excellent Pizza ... but often the best dishes are not there ... are finished! what a shame! ...
