Alla quinta volta hanno ammesso di non essere capaci di attivare la Sim adducendo a problemi non dipendenti da loro, alla mia richiesta di cambio del numero o di rimborso per andare altrove si sono rifiutati.
In conclusione dopo 5 visite, 2:30 aspettate nel loro negozio e la totale mancanza di risultati mi hanno informato che sarebbero andati in ferie per la settimana successiva. Mi sento TRUFFATO E PRESO IN GIRO
Incompetent and incorrect, I requested a sim, I had to go five times for them inability to proceed, forcing myself to queue.
At the fifth time, they admitted that they were not able to activate the SIM by referring to problems not dependent on them, to my request to change the number or to reimburse to go elsewhere they refused.
In conclusion after 5 visits, 2:30 waiting in their shop and the total lack of results informed me that they would go on vacation for the following week. I feel FRIED AND TAKEN DOWN
