Invece ho trovato la stessa commessa della prima volta, persona priva di empatia e savoir faire. Grande assortimento ma mancano i prezzi e anche delle spiegazioni di sintesi sulla qualità delle cialde, cosicché ci si ritrova a dover chiedere e richiedere i costi delle cialde, delle confezioni, del tipo di caffè ecc..., mi dispiace dirlo, ma con tutto quel ben di Dio, una persona che ama il caffè vive una grande emozione e il commesso dovrebbe farsene carico facendo da sapiente maestro... insegnando, interpretando e suggerendo...ma purtroppo... sob! Insomma, avrei comprato molto di più se avessi ricevuto un trattamento più conviviale... più charmant! per dirla in francese:-) - Buona serata
It was the second time that I went to the store, hoping to find another shop assistant. Instead I found the same job as the first time, a person without empathy and savoir faire. Large assortment but prices and even summary explanations on the quality of the pods are missing, so that we find ourselves having to ask and request the costs of the pods, the packaging, the type of coffee, etc. ... I am sorry to say, but with everything that good thing, a person who loves coffee experiences a great emotion and the shop assistant should take charge of it by being a wise teacher ... teaching, interpreting and suggesting ... but unfortunately ... sob! In short, I would have bought much more if I had received a more convivial treatment ... more charming! to put it in French :-) - Good evening
