It seems to me more like a motorway restaurant bar due to the owner's manner. and how they treat customers. And after 6pm there are still people sitting or at the counter drinking despite the 6pm decree

It says Aperitif buffet, so in my house it means "without limits" but it is not. They give you a tray with 3 little things inside and also from the day before

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was around the Minister of Health building doing some paper work, I had to come to the shopping centre to copy some papers. It was very early morning I saw this place and I decided to have breakfast.
Was very popular all the tables were occupied.
The prices were fair if you work near by you receive an extra discount.
I had some fresh orange juice , a chocolate croissant and coffee.
Service was a bit disorganised but I think they were busy that is why they made a mistake with my coffee.
