Si guasta la cappa, li chiamo e gentilmente mi forniscono il numero verde dell'assistenza, confermandomi di non dover pagare nulla rientrando in garanzia.
Tuttavia il tecnico mi chiede 35 euro poiché la cappa si è guastata a causa di un errore di montaggio (cucina montata da loro), quindi la garanzia non copriva.
Chiedo spiegazioni al punto vendita "l'espanso" e spiego che ho dovuto spendere dei soldi e la loro risposta è stata che non potevano farci nulla e se ne sono lavati le mani nonostante il guasto sia stato causato da loro al momento del montaggio.
Tutto bene all'inizio ma poi al primo problema abbandonano il cliente a se stesso ..non lo trovo corretto.
Kitchen bought by them not even 2 years ago, still under warranty.
The hood breaks down, I call them and they kindly give me the toll-free number for assistance, confirming that I do not have to pay anything under the warranty.
However the technician asks me for 35 euros as the hood has failed due to an assembly error (kitchen assembled by them), so the warranty did not cover.
I ask for an explanation at the "espanso" store and explain that I had to spend some money and their response was that they couldn't do anything about it and they washed their hands despite the failure was caused by them at the time of assembly.
All right at first but then at the first problem they leave the customer to himself .. I don't find it correct.
