In fase di progetto si sono mostrati professionali e competenti ma in fase di montaggio le cose sono cambiate, ci sono stati evidenti errori che purtroppo hanno compromesso la realizzazione di una cappa ottimale... Diciamo che sono cose che possono succedere, quello che non mi è piaciuto è che nonostante avessero commesso loro degli sbagli hanno comunque voluto tutta la cifra pattuita all'inizio senza applicare un minimo sconto per scusarsi di ciò che era successo.. Sono anch'io libera professionista e personalmente credo che così facendo non fidelizzi iclienti, anzi, fai si che la prossima volta vadano altrove e sicuramente che non abbiano una buona opinione di te! Sometimes appearances can be deceiving. In the design phase they showed themselves to be professional and competent but in the assembly phase things changed, there were obvious errors that unfortunately compromised the creation of an optimal hood ... We say that these things can happen, what I did not like is that even though they had committed their mistakes they still wanted the whole sum agreed at the beginning without applying a minimum discount to apologize for what had happened .. I too am freelancer and personally I believe that doing so does not keep loyal customers, indeed, make sure that next time go elsewhere and certainly that they do not have a good opinion of you!
