β β β β β I prodotti come sempre sono ottimi ma il negozio all'interno del Fiordaliso, nello specifico lo sconsiglio vivamente. Ho auto un problema con un prodotto ed ho concordato con il servizio clienti la sua sostituzione presso il negozio dove mia moglie aveva fatto l'acquisto. Mi sono recato in negozio come concordato e il personale si Γ¨ rifiutato di fare il cambio prodotto. L'affermazione Γ¨ stata "siamo stufi di dover gestire questi problemi!"...ma se siete un monobrand i "problemi", come li chiamate, sono Vostri (anche se Franchising) come del Brand che rappresentate!! Pessimo veramente. Per fortuna ho contattato nuovamente il Servizio Clienti che, con estrema soddisfazione ed educazione (mancata nel Punto Vendita) ha proposto una soluzione soddisfacente per tutti. Peccato solo che ho fatto 42 Km per andare a cambiare un prodotto di 32β¬.
The products as always are excellent but the shop inside the Cornflower, specifically, I strongly advise against it. I have a problem with a product and I have agreed with the customer service to replace it at the shop where my wife had made the purchase. I went to the shop as agreed and the staff refused to change the product. The statement was "we are tired of having to manage these problems!" ... but if you are a monobrand the "problems", as you call them, are yours (even if Franchising) as of the Brand you represent !! Really bad. Fortunately, I contacted Customer Service again who, with extreme satisfaction and education (missed in the Point of Sale), proposed a satisfactory solution for everyone. It's just a pity that I drove 42 km to go and exchange a 32 β¬ product.

β β β β β Mi servo in questo negozio da molti anni, sin dall'apertura nel 2010 e non ho mai avuto alcun problema, nemmeno di cambio prodotti.
Le ragazze, sempre cordiali, mi hanno sempre cambiato i prodotti fallati e difettosi, ovviamente, se accompagnati dallo scontrino di vendita. I prodotti comunque sono meravigliosi e in questo negozio ben consigliati dalle proprietarie sempre presenti e competenti.
Consigliatissimo.
I have been using this shop for many years, since it opened in 2010 and have never had any problems, not even with product changes.
The girls, always friendly, have always changed my faulty and defective products, obviously, if accompanied by the sales receipt. However, the products are wonderful and in this shop well recommended by the owners who are always present and competent.
Highly recommended.
