C	Carlo “SHaZer4o1” De Benedictis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disonestà e pressapochismo: entrato per la sostituzione di una batteria scarica mi sono ritrovato a pagare quasi 2 volte il prezzo del ricambio originale per avere un prodotto non di marca che, invece di esser stato recuperato dall'area ricambi, è apparso magicamente dall'officina già pronto per l'intervento richiesto, completo di nastro di carta recante la scritta "Elettrodiesel" (una pratica comune degli autoricambi che viene adottata per identificare in maniera semplice le batterie usate per le prove, da non installare) che mi è stato assicurato era presente per fare "pubblicità" (una striscia di nastro carta con il nome scritto a mano, senza l'indirizzo dell'esercizio... Piuttosto inefficace come pubblicità). Ovviamente l'alternativa era quella di lasciare la macchina ferma li e dover procedere al recupero stradale, cosa che è stata puntualmente portata alla mia attenzione quando ho fatto notare l'enorme differenza di prezzo tra il ricambio originale e quello fornito, facendomi notare che la somma delle due spese sarebbe stata maggiore; piuttosto che giustificare il prezzo con dei servizi, in pratica, hanno attuato una vendità di opportunità basata sull'impossibilità di alternative (non potevo rimanere bloccato in centro Italia in attesa di un recupero che, sotto le feste, sarebbe potuto avvenire a chissà quanti giorni di distanza), e poi ci si chiede perché il turismo in Umbria sia in calo e ci sia urgente bisogno di un piano di rilancio... La risposta è tutta nella mentalità mostrata dal commerciante in questo aneddoto. Dishonesty and apathy: entered to replace a discharged battery I found myself paying almost 2 times the price of the original spare part to have a non-branded product which, instead of being recovered from the spare parts area, magically appeared from the workshop already ready for the requested intervention, complete with paper tape bearing the word "Elettrodiesel" (a common practice of car parts that is adopted to easily identify the batteries used for tests, not to be installed) that I was assured was present to make "advertising" (a strip of paper tape with the name written by hand, without the address of the exercise ... Rather ineffective as advertising). Obviously the alternative was to leave the car stationary there and have to proceed with the road recovery, which was promptly brought to my attention when I pointed out the huge difference in price between the original spare part and the one supplied, pointing out that the the sum of the two costs would have been greater; rather than justifying the price with services, in practice, they implemented a sale of opportunities based on the impossibility of alternatives (I could not get stuck in central Italy waiting for a recovery that, under the holidays, could have happened in who knows how many days away), and then one wonders why tourism in Umbria is falling and there is an urgent need for a recovery plan ... The answer is all in the mentality shown by the trader in this anecdote.

Ringrazio il signor Sandro della Elettrodiesel di Orvieto che ci ha assistito con l'auto in panne e non solo, visto che era sabato e non si poteva sistemare l'auto, ci ha accompagnato in un albergo vicino per pernottare in attesa del lunedì, giorno di apertura dei meccanici che avrebbero stimato il danno dell'auto. Infine tengo a precisare che non ha voluto nessun compenso per tutto questo e tanto meno per aver messo un chilo di olio per portare l'auto fino all' officina. S	Salvo Gigliotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un problema all'autovettura durante un viaggio verso sud; per puro caso sono uscito al casello di Orvieto Scalo e mi sono recato presso l'autofficina per una valutazione del danno. Nonostante le problematiche riscontrate, di non poco conto, devo dire che tutto il personale dell'officina si è messo a disposizione mostrando grande professionalità ma soprattutto sensibilità. Mi hanno indicando un albergo dove alloggiare, sistemato l'auto nel tempo strettanente necessario per l'esecuzione del lavoro e offerto anche un passaggio per ritirare l'auto. Il costo del lavoro, esclusi i pezzi di ricambio, è stato più che onesto. Consiglio a tutti di affidarsi a loro con fiducia e serenità. Grazie ancora per tutto. They pointed me to a hotel where to stay, fixed the car in the time necessary for the execution of the work and also offered a lift to collect the car. Grazie mille agli addetti. Le nostre vacanze possono proseguire. They understood the problem, solved it in a very short time, made a general diagnosis and we were able to start again, we thought it was the alternator but it was nonsense. Mi sono subito recato presso Elettrodiesel, ho spiegato il problema che ho avuto e non riuscivo a rientrare a casa a Milano con tutta la famiglia. Subito hanno fatto una diagnosi, quindi hanno constatato che era un problema alla pompa dell'alimentazione, nonostante era sabato e per giunta le ore 12:00 si sono messi subito a disposizione tre dipendenti che in poco più di un'ora mi hanno rimesso la macchina completamente a posto. Sono stati fantastici e molto disponibile ma soprattutto molto onesti anche con il prezzo da pagare. Grazie......grazie.....grazie........non so come avrei fatto senza di voi..........per me vale 10 stelle I had a problem on the highway, I managed to get out in Orvieto and this workshop was pointed out to me. I immediately went to Elettrodiesel, I explained the problem I had and I couldn't go home to Milan with the whole family. Immediately they made a diagnosis, then they found that it was a problem with the fuel pump, even though it was Saturday and in addition at 12 noon three employees were immediately available who in just over an hour gave me the machine completely fine. They were great and very helpful but above all very honest with the price to pay. Thank you ...... thank you ..... thank you ........
