LA SERIETA' DEVE ESSERE PREMIATA,
RITIRO MACCHINA AL CASELLO CON CARROATREZZI PER PROBLEMA ALLA MACCHINA, CI INFORMANO DEL TIPO DI GUASTO, CHIEDIAMO QUANTO E' IL COSTO DELLA RIPARAZIONE (CIRCA 900 EURO, ) DECIDIAMO DI LASCIARGLIELA , INSIEME A 500 EURO DI ACCONTO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto questa officina grazie al mio gommista, viaggio della speranza, a Roma Nord inizio a sentire dei rumuri all'auto, esco dall'autostrada ad Orvieto, dopo pochi km dall'uscita la ruota posteriore sinistra mi "sorpassa" letteralmente, chiamo l'assistenza e mi mandano il carroattrezzi (non e servito neanche per portare l'auto da loro in quanto con l'intervento provvisorio e riuscita a camminare con le sue ruote) arrivati in officina mi "obbligano" a rimanere da loro in quanto è un intervento di pochi minuti e potevo ripartire.
smontano quindi 4 bulloni ad un auto che avevo li probabilmente da demolire, e provano (inutilmente a estrarre il bullone rotto nel mio mozzo) non riuscendoci decidono di smontare la pinza freni e non potendola piu rimettere al posto (un officina senza arretratore pistoni freni) non riescono a fare il lavoro promesso in pochi minuti in piu di due ore.
Noleggio un auto.
Proseguo il mio viaggio
rientro dopo una settimana, vado per pagare e si paga la bellezza di 180 euro per 4 bulloni usati recuperati da un auto pronta per la demolizione (per la cronaca i bulloni non erano adatti, al rientro ho dovuto far rifilettare il mozzo) e con la digitatura sulla fattura (N.B. Freno a mano disattivato) e mi dice... tanto in autostrada il freno a mano a che ti serve...
Dimenticavo, questa è un officina europ assistance.
concludo con il dire, se siete in quelle zone evitate in tutti i modi di far "riparare" l'auto presso questo truffatore

they then remove 4 bolts from a car that I probably had to demolish them, and try (in vain to extract the broken bolt in my hub), failing to do so, they decide to disassemble the brake caliper and not being able to put it back in place (a workshop without brake piston retractor) they fail to do the promised job in minutes in more than two hours.
Rent a car.
I continue my journey
I return after a week, I go to pay and you pay the beauty of 180 euros for 4 used bolts recovered from a car ready for demolition (for the record the bolts were not suitable, on return I had to have the hub re-threaded) and with the typing on the invoice (NB Handbrake disabled) and tells me ... what do you need the handbrake on the highway ...
I forgot, this is a europ assistance workshop.
I conclude by saying, if you are in those areas, avoid in every way to have the car "repaired" by this scammer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contattato dalla nostra assicurazione per soccorso stradale, ci ha prima chiamati per sapere dove stavamo ma quando ha capito che non avremmo fatto la riparazione nella sua officina ha annullato il soccorso e lasciati in autostrada. Scorretto e poco professionale, se non da denuncia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto la sfortuna di contattare questa officina per un sevizio di recupero in autostrada non lo avessi mai fatto .... per pochi km mi vengono spilati 140 euro e mi viene proposto di fare la riparazione presso loro officina alla modica somma di 120 mi cambiano il filtro del gasolio che non costa più di 20 euro con una mano d'opera si e no di 10 minuti senza nessuna fatturazione e mi garantiscono che sia tutto ok ,ripresa la macchina dopo pochi km in autostrada si ferma per lo stesso motivo praticamente problema non risolto mi vengono chiesti altri soldi x il rimorchio e un'altra fantomatica diagnosi fatta che ovviamente non mi hanno rilasciato pur din non avere che fare pago e me ne vado se mai vi dovesse capitare specie il titolare rifiutate la chiamata perché non farà altroché approfittare del vostro problema x levarvi più soldi che può

Ci fermiamo in un benzinaio da poco in riserva per fare gasolio. Una volta fatto la macchina non riparte (la macchina in questione non è la mia ma prestata da un amico). Il benzinaio ci chiama questo carroattrezzi che arriva dopo 1 ora invece che la mezz'ora detta al telefono. Appena arrivo sento che è al telefono con qualcuno dicendo la targa della macchina ma preso un attimo dal problema non indago per capire perché. Ci porta nella sua officina e non sto qui a descrivere il posto come si presenta ma lascio alla vostra immaginazione. Alla macchina viene cambiato senza una diagnosi iniziale il filtro del gasolio (il mio amico mi dirà che l'aveva cambiato lui meno di 1 anno fa). L'auto non parte ancora. Dopo vari tentativi e l'aggiunta di un liquido definito dal proprietario segreto la macchina parte. Volete sapere il conto? 390€ di cui: 215€ per il carroattrezzi, 98€ per il filtro (che costa si e no 40€), 70€ di manodopera. Soldi buttati quando bastava (saputo sempre dopo dal mio amico) pompare il gasolio visto che il serbatoio è un po sporco nel fondo. Oggi come oggi trovare un meccanico onesto é una chimera
