Partiamo dalle cose negative, filetto al sangue, troppo troppo cotto, quasi stopposo, tagliata con tanto grasso e nervi con sugo all'aceto con poco gusto. Patatine formato stuzzicadenti che vanno bene in un fast food. Borlengo vetroso, siamo nella zona dei Borleghi e se ti chiami l'artista del borlengo mi aspetto tanto. Premetto che io li faccio e non parlo a caso. Positive, la cordialità e velocita del servizio. Penso ad una giornata storta, da riprovare!!!!
 I don't like giving bad reviews, but in my opinion it serves as an incentive to improve. Let's start with the bad things, rare fillet, overcooked, almost stringy, cut with a lot of fat and nerves with a vinegar sauce with little taste. Toothpick-sized chips that work well in a fast food restaurant. Glassy Borlengo, we are in the Borleghi area and if your name is the Borlengo artist I expect a lot. I state that I do them and I do not speak at random. Positive, friendliness and speed of service. I think of a bad day, to try again !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il miglior borlengo di pianura che non fa rimpiangere i montanari. Anzi molto meglio. Personale sempre presente e servizio ottimo, nonostante la sala fosse piena. Certamente sarà una tappa fissa in agenda. Prezzi onestissimi e proprietari (soci) simpatici.
