I ordered a pair of ballerinas online and they certainly arrived in a short time, but it's a pity that they were dirty and visibly used. Not satisfied at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un paio di mocassini in saldo pochi giorni fa. Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta, sono stati molto gentili e disponibili, le scarpe sono davvero meravigliose e comodissime. Non ho mai trovato delle scarpe che calzassero in maniera così aderente al piede e che fossero al contempo così comode. Se volete un paio di scarpe davvero molto eleganti questo è il posto per voi.
I bought a pair of moccasins on sale a few days ago. I was very satisfied, they were very kind and helpful, the shoes are really wonderful and very comfortable. I have never found shoes that fit so tightly to the foot and are so comfortable at the same time. If you want a really elegant pair of shoes this is the place for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought several pair of shoes, some years ago while on holiday in Milan and nowadays they are still my favourite shoes to wear! Beautiful soft leather, great craftmanship and fit! For my small feet (eu size 35) this shop was a dream come true. I only wish they would sell online, but I guess I’ll just have to go back to Milan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was exactly what I was hoping for while in town on business ... they had a nice collection of women's shoes (mostly flats), which were leather, made in Milan, etc, but were NOT expensive designer labels. When I visited in September of 2019, the shoes seemed to be mostly in the $60 - $180 USD range, which was perfect for what I was looking for -- quality of materials & craftsmanship, but without excessive designer prices. The saleswoman who was in the store during my visit was friendly & helpful, and I walked out happy with two new pairs of shoes! (And I might be back for another by the time my work trip is over)
