Locale molto carino, personale disponibile e gentile, uno dei pochi ristoranti rimasti che offrono il prosecco con una tartare di benvenuto. I prezzi sono più che appropriati per la qualità della carne. The name of the place speaks volumes. You can find all types of meat, sliced, Fiorentina, any request you have is present on the menu. Very nice place, helpful and kind staff, one of the few remaining restaurants that offer prosecco with a welcome tartare. The prices are more than appropriate for the quality of the meat.

Appena siamo entrati non abbiamo potuto fare a meno di notare il bellissimo stile del locale, accompagnato da musica soft che completa il quadro. Le ragazze che servivano i tavoli, sono molto professionali e preparate, per non parlare della loro gentilezza. Il cibo veramente eccellente!!! Ci hanno offerto una sfoglia per "aperitivo" con crema di patate e ravanello (molto sfizioso); abbiamo iniziato con una tartare di filetto tagliata al coltello, condita con limone, salsa Worcester, senape pepe e tuorlo d'uovo intero; talmente buona che ne avremmo mangiate 10. Poi abbiamo proseguito con una tagliata gourmet, composta da 5 tipi di carne internazionali, per la precisione (coccodrillo, renna, cervo, capriolo, e Kobe) accompagnate da 4 tipi di sale e 4 di salse servite separatamente. Qualità veramente top carne veramente tenera e saporita e la cottura come la adoriamo noi "al sangue"... In ogni caso se avessimo voluto ripassare la cottura al tavolo avevamo a disposizione una piastra calda. Anche i dolci non sono stati da meno... La scelta dei vini è abbastanza ampia e devo dire che i prezzi della carta dei vini è molto onesta. La spesa della cena è nella norma considerata la qualità di ciò che abbiamo ordinato... Insomma più che soddisfatti!! Torneremo sicuramente, perché vogliamo ancora provare molte cose Fantastic place to say the least !!! As soon as we entered we could not help but notice the beautiful style of the place, accompanied by soft music that completes the picture. The girls who served the tables are very professional and prepared, not to mention their kindness. Truly excellent food !!! They offered us a pastry for an "aperitif" with potato and radish cream (very tasty); we started with a knife-cut fillet tartare, topped with lemon, Worcester sauce, mustard, pepper and whole egg yolk; so good that we would have eaten 10. Then we continued with a gourmet tagliata, consisting of 5 types of international meat, to be precise (crocodile, reindeer, venison, roe deer, and Kobe) accompanied by 4 types of salt and 4 of sauces served separately. Really top quality meat really tender and tasty and cooking as we love it "rare" ... In any case, if we wanted to go over the cooking at the table we had a hot plate available. The desserts were not outdone too ... The choice of wines is quite extensive and I must say that the prices on the wine list are very fair. The cost of the dinner is normal considering the quality of what we ordered ... In short, more than satisfied! We will definitely come back, as we still want to try many things
