Abbiamo apprezzato la cura che hanno per il cliente, che viene accolto con un piccolo antipasto e alla fine il caffè viene accompagnato da una scatola di dolcetti sfiziosi. Il pesce è fresco. È uno dei pochi ristoranti in cui i dolci meritano davvero perché sono particolari, oltreché buonissimi! Excellent restaurant obtained from a sky - earth house in the center of Civitanova. Sono disponibili piatti per celiaci (quando siamo andati noi in gruppo quasi tutti i piatti potevano essere consumati da celiaci). La proprietaria è estremamente cortese e gentile, sempre pronta a dare consigli e spiegare anche i dettagli dei piatti. Una qualità "reale" del prodotto pesce che lavorano. Menù con una vasta scelta di fresco tra ostriche e ricci di mare, crudi e carpacci. Dei piatti molto pensati, crudi con accostamenti di riduzioni o sciroppi, primi piatti azzardati per la loro semplicità. Inoltre presentano un entrée di benvenuto, un piccolo assaggio di formaggio a metà pasto e una scatolina di biscotti in chiusura. Nell'estate allestiscono uno spazio in piazzetta dove con gli altri locali organizzano eventi musicali. I proprietari gentili e il servizio è buono. Che dire! Una esperienza da fare e rifare.... As a seaport town, seafood is the main offering. The chef is very creative with local natural ingredients, especially fresh catch. Best mussels ever. A thick whitefish called "San Pietro" done in court bullion was tasty and unusual. They do some combinations with duck and veal. Excellent salads. Outstanding local wines of the region called Le Marche.
