Abbiamo provato a mettere l'annuncio di vendita nei vari siti online ma con poco risultato. Siamo state contattate da Davide F. dell'Agenzia di Sottomarina il quale ha dimostrato grande disponibilità e si è messo al nostro servizio. Siamo rimaste veramente stupite della velocità e precisione con cui ha gestito tutta la pratica e in poco tempo siamo riuscite a vendere il tutto. Questa Agenzia e in particolare Davide F. hanno dimostrato grande professionalità, competenza, accompagnata da una velocità gestionale sorprendente. Però c’è un però……… Dopo vari incarichi che abbiamo lasciato senza esclusiva a varie agenzie di zona ci siamo trovati per due mesi a navigare in acque dove non si capiva come andavano le visite e quello che ne pensavano le persone che venivano a trovarci. Uno quando vende piace sapere se la persona che è venuta è ancora interessata o meno non lasciare sempre in sospeso tutto…. Qui invece lavorano in maniera diversa non portano persone a caso come nelle altre agenzie a me ne hanno portato solo 1 ed è stata quella che subito ha fatto la proposta. Le studiano le incontrano propongono e poi se c’è il vero interesse e le garanzie per acquistare le portano a fare visita. Posso solo che ringraziare questa Agenzia in particolare Alessia Francesca e Morris per come hanno gestito la vendita del mio appartamento. Affidandomi all’oro sono riuscito a trovare velocità serietà e competenza grazie ancora. They study them, meet them, propose and then if there is real interest and guarantees to buy, they bring them to visit. I can only thank this Agency in particular Alessia Francesca and Morris for how they managed the sale of my apartment. Relying on gold, I was able to find speed, reliability and competence, thanks again.
