Ho avuto modo di parlare con più di agente e tutti hanno avuto un approccio abbastanza arrogante. Sia per l'acquisto che per la vendita ho preferito rivolgermi ad altre agenzie immobiliari. Se l’agenzia fosse stata a conoscenza della normativa vigente, ciò non sarebbe accaduto. La loro prestazione non è stata certo all’altezza della loro ESOSA parcella!!!!!! ????? All'inizio pressanti ma gentili, ti garantiscono tempi veloci di realizzo; questo fino a quando firmi il contratto di vendita e poi ...... raggiunto il loro risultano si fanno sempre più latitanti e le loro promesse .... fumo.Decisamente impreparati sulla documentazione necessaria per il rogito con il notaio; per non dire che dopo aver incassato la loro percentuale ti abbandonano completamente, quando invece dovrebbero accompagnarti fino alla conclusione del contratto. Mi telefonano continuamente per chiedermi se sono intenzionato a vendere il mio appartamento dicendomi che hanno un compratore per le mani, sono arrivati a presentarsi sotto casa senza avvisare. Nell' ultimo mese e mezzo mi hanno telefonato 3 volte, di cui 2 direttamente il responsabile di agenzia. Ovviamente sempre le stesse domande come se mi contattassero per la prima volta. Faccio presente che non ho mai dato la possibilità all' agenzia di poter vendere il mio appartamento per cui telefonarmi dicendomi di avere un acquirente mi puzza molto. Da evitare assolutamente! S	SABRINA BISCIATO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Piove di Sacco, dopo un primo incontro su appuntamento e colloquio preliminare su un immobile che mi interessava veramente, ci siamo accordati per visitarlo e ho richiamato per confermare il giorno e l'ora; mi sono sentita rispondere che dovevo prendere un appuntamento e passare in ufficio per conoscerci e parlarne, e che avevano molte proposte, come se non fossi mai stata li'; poi ho scoperto che l'immobile era stato venduto. ConclusionI: non mi sento di consigliare questa agenzia, non mi hanno dimostrato un comportamento professionale e inoltre, durante trattativa e spiegazioni varie, chi ha interloquito con me si è dimostrato poco chiaro omettendo informazioni importanti di carattere finanziario. Per fortuna non siamo nati ieri. Ma il modo che hanno usato per arrivare a questo risultato non può considerarsi professionale e sincero. Hanno utilizzato molte bugie per arrivare ad incassare una parcella incredibile tenendo conto del tempo che ci è voluto per vendere l'immobile. In tre giorni e due visite hanno portato una sola coppia che ha accettato subito senza battere ciglio. La casa era grande, bella e con il prezzo conveniente. Si vendeva da sola. Dopo 15 giorni abbiamo fatto il preliminare ed hanno voluto immediatamente il compenso da ambedue le parti: € 7.686,00 per due (preciso che ho acquistato, con il ricavato, un altro immobile e l'altra agenzia mi ha segito fino al rogito ed ha voluto la parcella alla fine di tutto). Ma se da quel momento avessero continuato a fare il lavoro, erano sempre tanti, ma per lo meno erano guadagnati. Non si sono fatti più vivi. Non sono venuti nemmeno al rogito. Per aveve una copia della fattura ho dovuto fare cinque telefonate oltre a vari messaggi e solo dopo un mese e mezzo è arrivata la fattura. Gli acquirente hanno avuto anch'essi problemi con le documentazioni (che avevo dato all'agenzia che avrebbe a sua volta dovuto girare agli acquirenti). Alla fine, disperata, la signora, che aveva acquistato, si è rivolta a me per avere una copia dell'atto di acquisto che avevo fatto a suo tempo 20 anni fa. Non capisco come altri abbiano avuto esperienze positive ma io di certo non mi sento di consigliare questi signori. P.S. chiedo scusa se sembra che mi sia dilungato ma vi assicuro che non ho detto proprio tutto quello che è accaduto altrimenti ci sarebbe voluta un'altra ora. Il paradosso e che nega anche l evidenza in quanto mi dovevano dare un documeto da consegnare al notaio lui si ostinava a dire che il documento era stato consegnato, su mia insistenza nel dire di no il documento magicamente è comparso nel suo ufficio. La peggiore esperienza che io possa avere avuto.
