Dopo il preliminare di compravendita sono stato seguito da Pamela invece per tutto quello che riguarda la documentazione che il notaio voleva riuscendo ad arrivare dal notaio in maniera impeccabile. Consiglio vivamente. I particularly want to thank Giovanni who helped me sell my apartment in Tombolo because he quickly managed to find a buyer willing to buy it. Non me lo aspettavo visto lo scarso risultato ma ho visto nel titolare e nei ragazzi molta professionalità e attenzione si sono occupati di tutto. It was more than 1 year that I was trying to sell my parents' house but to no avail, I then met the owner of the agency who, with a path studied in detail, managed to sell it in a few months. I didn't expect it given the poor result but I saw in the owner and in the guys a lot of professionalism and attention they took care of everything.

Ho deciso di fare un investimento grazie ai prodotti che solo Arte di Abitare di Cittadella dispone, nuove unità abitative costruite in quartiere Eco. Matteo e Kevin mi hanno aiutato nella ricerca mentre Pamela ha seguito l’aspetto burocratico quale notaio e mutuo. Avendo pochissimo tempo ho trovato dei ragazzi disponibili a seguirmi su tutti i fronti senza dovermi interfacciare con notai e consulenti finanziari esterni. Insomma che dire, complimenti! Avevo un consulente che mi aggiornava ogni settimana su tutti i clienti a cui presentava la mia casa, mi sono sentita finalmente seguita! Inutile dire che in circa 2 mesi hanno venduto il mio appartamento al prezzo che avevamo stabilito assieme. Super team!
