R	Romina Battista on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non andate qui se amate gli animali. Entro per chiedere se avessero un tipo di lettiera specifica, abbastanza famosa, che si usa per i roditori. Non la conosceva e non l'aveva, pazienza, saluto e ringrazio. Invece no, lui vuol sapere perché no, di che lettiera ho bisogno. Glielo spiego e inizia a propormi lettiere non idonee, completamente diverse da quella di cui avevo bisogno e PER GATTI. Ancora una volta saluto e ringrazio ma lui insiste. Spiego che ho bisogno di una lettiera anallergica particolare perché il mio piccolo è dal veterinario per un brutto trauma (è quasi morto). Il proprietario si mette a ridere a prendermi in giro perché avevo portato un criceto dal vet, dandomi praticamente della cretina. Lui che ha un negozio di animale e non conosce la corretta gestione di un animale comune come un criceto. Io amo il mio animale e rispetto la vita e sarebbe carino non essere presi in giro per questo proprio in un negozio di animali. Prepotente, ingorate sulla gestione e offensivo nei miei confronti. Peccato, io spendo molti soldi per i miei piccoli. Don't go here if you love animals. I go inside to ask if they had a specific type of litter, quite famous, which is used for rodents. Too bad, I spend a lot of money on my little ones.

Giuliano il coiffeur per cani e' eccezionale, professionale e si vede che ama il suo lavoro. Lucio e' molto simpatico e disponibile. Ho un jack russell a pelo lungo molto delicato e timido. Da quando lo porto da loro non ha piu avuto dermatiti o fastidi vari. Che dire....per me si meriterebbero 10 stelle ma si arriva fino a 5. Grazie Arca. La consiglio vivamente sia per il servizio impeccabile sia per il personale. Sono adorabili. After trying six toilets, I didn't know where to turn. Then I found the Ark ... and I won't leave it anymore. Giuliano the coiffeur for dogs is exceptional, professional and it shows that he loves his job. Lucio is very nice and helpful. I have a very delicate and shy long haired jack russell. Since I brought him to them he hasn't had any dermatitis or various discomfort. What can I say .... for me they deserve 10 stars but it goes up to 5. Thanks Arca. I highly recommend it for both the impeccable service and the staff. They're adorable.
