Il mio parere è decisamente PESSIMO. For more than a month I have been waiting for my piece, on the phone they can't tell me anything, at the beginning they had lost the package, then they must have done it and sent it but they still had it in the warehouse, the switchboard girls totally inadequate and uninformed. My opinion is very bad.

Per ben due volte non hanno rispettato i tempi di consegna, al telefono non sanno dirti qualcosa, promettono di richiamare ma passano settimane e niente... Gli mandi il corriere per il ritiro dei pezzi e lo mandano via... Inaccettabile! Abbiamo rischiato sanzioni di importi non indifferenti per ritardi di consegna merce perché loro non avevano rispettato i termini concordati in fase di conferma dell’ordine. Dopo la milionesima volta che richiami per lo stesso problema, non si degnano neanche di scusarsi. Sgarbati e inefficienti! Se continuano così sono sulla buona strada verso il fallimento. Non si meritano neanche una stella! Bad experience! Never again! Send the courier to collect the pieces and send it away ... Unacceptable! Preventivo da 3/4 giorni di tempo e 40/50 euro siamo finiti con 40 giorni e 185 euro di spesa. Non dimentichiamoci delle 8/10 telefonete di sollecito alle quali nessuno sapeva darmi risposte. La valutazione la sistetizzo in tre parole DISORGANIZZATI-INCOMPETENTI-DISONESTI, statene alla larga. Too bad you can't give negative stars, it would certainly be 5 stars. Estimate for 3/4 days and 40/50 euros we ended up with 40 days and 185 euros of spending. Let's not forget the 8/10 reminder telephone calls to which no one knew how to give me answers. Dopo 3 settimane di continui solleciti alla segreteria e l'impossibilità di parlare con un responsabile, sono andato a ritirare i pezzi non ancora anodizzati. Con mia sorpresa, non trovavano i miei pezzi. Sono sbucati fuori 10 minuti dopo esattamente come li avevo portati. Sconsiglio vivamente per l'inaffidabilità e per la poca professionalità con cui sono stato trattato. ZERO STARS! A shame! After 3 weeks of constant reminders to the secretariat and the impossibility of speaking with a manager, I went to collect the pieces not yet anodized. To my surprise, they couldn't find my pieces. They came out 10 minutes later exactly as I had brought them. I strongly advise against the unreliability and lack of professionalism with which I was treated.
