Non mi era piaciuta l'accoglienza, molto distaccata e poco professionale pur di mantenere un eccessivo distanziamento, che ovviamente non tranquillizzava i cani. Eravamo dopo la prima ondata forse anche comprensibile il non saper gestire il momento! L'ho voluta riportare ieri, in realtà non sono andato io ma il mio compagno, che tornando mi riferisce che per i primi 5 Min la cagnolina era agitata e aggressiva, tendenzialmente lei è timida e non ama farsi avvicinare dagli estranei, mi aspetto cmq che sappiano gestire la situazione e in caso l'animale fosse davvero aggressivo di essere contattato. Non essendo presente non so come abbiano gestito la cosa, ma la mia cagnolina è stata agitata tutto il giorno. Si parla di un meticcio di 6 kg. In entrambi i casi però la tolettatura non è uniforme, e ha dei ciuffetti che sparano sul petto, coda e muso! Avrei preferito più precisione. Ottimo però il profumo l'ho annusata tutto il giorno. Comunque non so se tornerò. Generally unsatisfactory. I took my dog twice. The first in the summer of 2020. Not being there I don't know how they handled it, but my dog has been agitated all day. There is talk of a 6 kg half-breed. In both cases, however, the grooming is not uniform, and has tufts that shoot on the chest, tail and muzzle! I would have preferred more precision. But the perfume is excellent, I smelled it all day. However, I don't know if I'll be back.

Sono riusciti a togliere i nodi di un pelo lungo senza rasarlo completamente accontentando la mia richiesta. Grazie veramente e a presto. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
