★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW, we live in Tuscany and love all of the variations of the food here, this place is spectacular. The menu changes regularly and is a combination of traditional and modern takes on the traditional. The real special part is that all of the owners are working on the floor and in the kitchen, a true food experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the dishes were tasty and really well prepared. We found the menu a bit limited, no stuffed pasta for instance, even if the reviews mentioned them (That was kind of disappointing). The meat was very good but maybe not SOOO special (very tender, but just grilled) to justify the price. The personnel very kind, which for us is always a must.

They really raised the bar for Italian food. We are the items per their recommendations and my taste buds were so happy! The food tastes fresh, very favorable, and very friendly staff. The location is very beautiful too, very calm/tranquil town, this was definitely one of my favorite locations in Italy. I definitely recommend this restaurant and town (colle di val d'elsa) especially if you are looking for authentic Tuscan place and somewhere calm, not as rowdy. Thank you L'angolo di Sapia staff for your amazing service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious lunch on the terrace with a view of the valley. The dishes are Tuscan with an inspirational flare. The service attentive and friendly. The pasta with breadcrumbs, garlic on a bed with a sun dried tomato sauce preparation was delicious. I ordered the Tuscan soup (Ribollita) but somehow was served the gallettino arrosto. It was delicious and so all was well. Good bread and great wine selections. Lovely indoor dining area.
