Purtroppo le attese sono lunghe, ma perché la carne viene cucinata molto lentamente per ottenere una dorata crosticina esterna supergradevole. Straconsigliato !! Location very very spartan, but the quality of the cutting boards and kebabs is spectacular !!!! The raw material is really excellent. Unfortunately, the waits are long, but because the meat is cooked very slowly to get a golden outer crust supergradevole. Recommended !!

Excellent service, as well as the food from the appetizer to the dessert. I absolutely recommend to come and try it, number one in Rome for meat.
