Come primo abbiamo preso fettuccine al ragù senese in bianco buonissime e soprattutto piatti super abbondanti mia moglie ha mangiato mezzo piatto e l'altro mezzo mangiato io ... Secondi, io spezzatino con fagioli un piatto d'altri tempi saporito e cotto a mestiere, sublime, la mia signora maiale porchettato con patate al forno ... Anche questo fatto a mestiere.... Consiglio il posto veramente a tutti forse l'unico consiglio che posso dare ..... Riscaldare un po' di più il posto ...... Anche se quando si è riempito la temperatura è scesa. In ultimo abbiamo visto che come pizzeria porta pizze molto grandi fine e ben cotte, stiamo già organizzando una cena in famiglia andando ai tre scalini per mangiare la pizza ancora da assaggiare..... Se potessi avrei dato 10 stelle. Era molto che non mangiavo così bene. Conto onesto. 2 primi ripeto buoni ed abbondanti 2 secondi sempre buoni ed abbondanti, mezzo litro 1 dolce 1 grappa ed 1 amaro 53 euro.... Super consigliato Excellent indeed. Cozy felt like a family home. Familiar condition fine cuisine. As a first course we took fettuccine with Sienese ragù in white very good and above all super abundant dishes my wife ate half a plate and the other half ate me ... Seconds, I stew with beans a dish of yesteryear tasty and cooked to perfection, sublime, my lady suckling pig with baked potatoes ... Even this done to trade .... I really recommend the place to everyone, perhaps the only advice I can give ..... Heat the place a little more ...... Although when it filled up the temperature dropped. Finally we saw that as a pizzeria it brings very large fine and well cooked pizzas, we are already organizing a family dinner by going to the three steps to eat the pizza still to be tasted ..... If I could I would have given 10 stars. It was a long time since I ate so well. Honest account. 2 first I repeat good and abundant 2 seconds always good and abundant, half liter 1 sweet 1 grappa and 1 bitter 53 euro .... Super recommended

Coratella morbida e dolce, fagioli con le cotiche cremosi e saporiti, carbonara e pappardelle con cinta senese ottimi e tutto questo cucinato ad arte perché nessuno di questi piatti è inondato di olio. Ah dimenticavo carciofo alla giudia un po duretto ma buono. Prezzo giusto e servizio cortese. Davvero bella scoperta. Very good cap tripe. This alone would be enough. Soft and sweet Coratella, beans with creamy and tasty pork rinds, excellent carbonara and pappardelle with cinta senese and all this artfully cooked because none of these dishes are inundated with oil. Oh I forgot artichoke alla giudia a little hard but good. Fair price and courteous service. Really nice find.

Ma la cosa ancor più speciale è la simpatia di Valerio, se posso dare un consiglio: Valerio deve stare in sala a trattenere la clientela con i suoi racconti folcloristici. VERAMENTE UN BELLA SERATA

We decided to go back the night after as well because we loved our first experience so much! The second night everyone remembered us and were so unbelievably welcoming and kind. The food was again perfect. Honestly, I can't rave about the food enough. It was so flavorful and well cooked. We can't wait to go back next weekend when we are in Rome again. Ai Tre Scalini, you are my sweetie!

We also had a meats board which was great. Service was terrific, our waitress was happy to make suggestions and accomodate each and every request.

We went to quite a few restaurants in the 30-40e for two range during our time in Italy and, frankly, most of them were disappointing. This place, in contrast, was great, our favourite of the trip in fact, and we'd have loved to come here again, enjoy their hospitality and try some more of their good food.
