Ho portato un completo a far ristringere, mi hanno dato una data per ritirarlo, quando mi sono presentata non avevano svolto il lavoro e non ritrovavano l'abito. Mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero chiamato una volta trovato e pronto, ma ciò non è avvenuto. Una settimana dopo sono ritornata e mi hanno detto che erano riuscite a ritrovarlo, ma ancora non avevano cominciato il lavoro dandomi un'altra appuntamento per ritirarlo. Mi sono presentata e ancora una volta il lavoro non era stato svolto, ma solo cominciato. In tutto ciò alla fine la signora non si è nemmeno scusata. Solo una ragazza che lavora lì è stata gentile e risultava mortificata. Prezzi decisamente eccessivi per il servizio. very little professionalism. I brought a suit to be shrunk, they gave me a date to pick it up, when I showed up they hadn't done the job and couldn't find the dress. They told me they would call me once they were found and ready, but they didn't. A week later I returned and they told me that they had managed to find it, but they had not yet started the work by giving me another appointment to collect it. I introduced myself and once again the work had not been done, but only begun. In all this in the end the lady did not even apologize. Only one girl who works there was kind and mortified. Definitely excessive prices for the service.
