Per il resto buon prodotto e ben conservato. Seller to avoid .. of few words and above all not of word .. the order arrived 15 days after the pre-established date even though we had previously agreed the shipment for a certain date. For the rest good product and well preserved.

Ordinerò di nuovo sicuramente. I ordered a couple of times from their site, the products arrive in a couple of days (I live in Lombardy), the packaging is always excellent and the food is of excellent quality. I will definitely order again.
D	Draghetto Volante on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato che non si possa dare zero stelle.. Fatto ordine in piena pandemia, non potevano mandare il pacco perché non era possibile spedire in Lombardia, ok.. Non è colpa loro.. (ovviamente non ti avvertivano mai, dovevo sempre chiedere io informazioni relative alla spedizione) così per 2 mesi circa.. Alla fin delle finite ci accordiamo per un rimborso (cosa propostami da loro e che ho accettato immediatamente, dopo circa 5 giorni sempre io che chiedo info per il rimborso, mi dicono che entro 1 o 2 giorni sarebbe arrivato.. Il giorno dopo arriva il corriere con il pacco.. Io allibito chiedo spiegazioni e chiedo il rimborso nonostante mi sia arrivato il pacco perché questo avevamo concordato.. Ma niente da fare, mi è stato negato nonostante l'accordo, mi sono sentito dire: cosa vuole ancora, il pacco è arrivato! Si, dopo più di 2 mesi di attesa e dopo che avevamo concordato un rimborso mai arrivato, veramente poco professionali, nonostante l'errore fosse il loro non hanno provveduto minimamente per sistemare il danno. Non ordinerò mai più poco ma sicuro.. Too bad you can't give zero stars .. Made order in full pandemic, they could not send the package because it was not possible to ship to Lombardy, ok .. It's not their fault .. (obviously they never warned you, I always had to ask for information related to shipping) so for about 2 months .. At the end of the term we agree for a refund (what you propose to me and that I accepted immediately, after about 5 days I always ask for info for the refund, they tell me that within 1 or 2 days would arrive .. The next day the courier arrives with the package .. I am astonished I ask for explanations and I ask for a refund despite the fact that the package arrived because this had been agreed .. But nothing to do, I was denied despite the agreement , I heard: what do you still want, the package has arrived! Yes, after more than 2 months of waiting and after we had agreed on a refund never arrived, very unprofessional, despite the mistake it was theirs they did not provide mini only to fix the damage. I will never order less but sure ..
