Mi è stato risposto che non era necessario prenotare e di chiamare direttamente la sera stessa
Quando il 31 dicembre ho telefonato per ordinare mi è stato risposto " abbiamo finito tutto, non abbiamo più niente"
Risultato: cena di San Silvestro saltata e purtroppo essendo al lavoro non ho potuto rimediare
Un comportamento deplorevole e una totale mancanza di riguardo per il cliente
Pessima esperienza
I called a few days before December 31st to inquire about the availability of take-away for New Year's Eve dinner
I was told that it was not necessary to book and to call directly the same evening
When I phoned to order on December 31st, I was replied "we have finished everything, we have nothing left"
Result: New Year's Eve dinner skipped and unfortunately being at work I couldn't fix it
Deplorable behavior and a total lack of regard for the customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pietanze di pesce (e qualcosa di terra) da asporto. Porzioni abbondanti, buon rapporto qualità prezzo, puntualità nella preparazione. L'abbiamo utilizzato più volte per mangiare in spiaggia qualcosa di diverso dalla pizza.
Fish dishes (and something of the land) to take away. Generous portions, good value for money, punctuality in preparation. We have used it several times to eat something other than pizza on the beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probabilmente si mangerà anche benissimo, ma che da Via Rossetti a Genova vi affidiate a chi fa consegne perfino a Bolzaneto (cap 16162) e non in centro in zona di Piazza Manin a Genova perchè "troppo lontano" è ridicolo. Peggio per voi volevo ordinare una bella cena per due con antipasti primi ecc... mi rivolgerò altrove. Ho dato una stella perché mi pare che zero stelle non sia possibile ma per me non meritate nemmeno quella.
Probably you will also eat very well, but that from Via Rossetti in Genoa you rely on those who make deliveries even in Bolzaneto (cap 16162) and not in the center in the Piazza Manin area in Genoa because "too far" is ridiculous. Worse for you I wanted to order a nice dinner for two with starters etc ... I'll look elsewhere. I gave a star because it seems to me that zero stars is not possible but for me you don't deserve that either.
