L	Ludovica Iannicelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo il posto super curato. Ambiente raffinato per una braceria con parte della cucina a vista al piano terra e anche nella parte superiore. Si apprezza la pavimentazione in vetro dalla quale si può vedere la cantina adibita alla stagionatura dei formaggi. Tavoli in legno rifinito, ampi e comodi anche in 4 persone. All'ingresso colpisce la teca di vetro nella quale è esposta la carne. Personale preparato, cordiale e attento a mantenere le precauzioni anti-covid. Buona la cantina, lasciatevi consigliare dal personale di sala. Ottimo cibo anche al di là della carne (superba, quasi tutta italiana) e parlo solo di quello che ho assaggiato salumi, formaggi, olive al finocchietto, fritti, tartare (taglio di carne non prestabilito ma a scelta tra quella disponibile) e primi piatti (stagionali). Nel menu altre belle proposte, anche nei secondi sia di carne che di pesce (tapas di baccalà). Buoni anche i dolci. C'è anche la pizza. Menzione speciale per Enzo Accurso che ci ha spiegato il metodo che utilizza per i suoi salumi senza conservanti. Che dire? Andare a cena fuori dovrebbe essere sempre un'esperienza piacevole come lo è stata qui. Beautiful super nice place. Refined setting for a grill with part of the kitchen on the ground floor and also in the upper part. You can appreciate the glass flooring from which you can see the cellar used for the aging of cheeses. Tables in finished wood, large and comfortable even for 4 people. At the entrance, the glass case in which the meat is displayed is striking. Staff trained, friendly and attentive to maintain anti-covid precautions. Good wine cellar, let the dining room staff advise you. Excellent food even beyond the meat (superb, almost all Italian) and I speak only of what I have tasted cold cuts, cheeses, olives with fennel, fried, tartare (cut of meat not predetermined but chosen from the one available) and first courses (seasonal). Other beautiful proposals on the menu, even in the main courses of both meat and fish (cod tapas). The desserts are also good. There is also pizza. Special mention for Enzo Accurso who explained to us the method he uses for his cured meats without preservatives. What to say? Going out for dinner should always be as enjoyable as it was here.

La qualità del cibo è superlativa, meravigliosi gli antipasti e il tagliere di salumi e formaggi, ampia scelta di primi e di carni rigorosamente selezionate dal re Matteo, macellaio di lunga tradizione. Personale in sale attento , gentile e mai invadente, che ti permette di scegliere consigliandoti il meglio. Grande varietà di vini e anche dolci. Il menù varia spesso, straconsigliato, torneremo. PS Cotoletta di vitello apprezzatissima anche dal piccolo di casa ? Fabulous place, we sat in the outdoor tables located in a wonderful covered room on a warm August evening, we were very fresh, it seemed to have natural air conditioning. The quality of the food is superb, the appetizers and the platter of cold cuts and cheeses are wonderful, a wide choice of first courses and meats rigorously selected by King Matteo, a long-established butcher. Attentive, kind and never intrusive staff in the rooms, allowing you to choose by recommending the best. Great variety of wines and even desserts. The menu varies often, highly recommended, we will be back. PS Veal cutlet also very popular with the little one of the house ?

L'ambiente è un antico mulino ad acqua in chiave moderna, curato nei minimi dettagli. Molto pregiate le carni: dalla chianina all'angus argentino, c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta... Qualificato il cuoco ed il personale, quest'ultimo molto attento alle esigenze del cliente. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Stasera ho gustato una tagliata ai ferri ed uno stracotto su letto di purè e verdure. Tutto sublime!!! Dulcis in fundo: il baba' con crema, amarene e sbriciolata di sfogliatella, tutto rigorosamente e magistralmente preparato dallo chef. Complimenti davvero !!!
