Ho dovuto raggiungere la sede da sola in autobus dopo 5 ore di treno, non si sono scomodati né a venire a prendermi alla stazione né a riaccompagnarmi, non ho avuto rimborso dei soldi spesi.
Unwelcoming staff. I didn't feel welcome after I went there at their request. I had to reach the seat alone by bus after 5 hours by train, they did not bother to come and pick me up at the station or to take me back, I had no refund of the money spent.
