Grande disponibilità ed organizzazione.
L' ho utilizzato personalmente diverse volte per visite specialistiche. Abbiamo infine deciso di utilizzare i servizi del centro anche in azienda, servendoci del welfare messo a disposizione.

Ieri 4 gennaio 2022 mi presento all'appuntamento, la segretaria mi riferisce che mi aveva contattata perchè la dottoressa con cui avevo appuntamento ha avuto una urgenza. Ovviamente non avendo ricevuto alcuna telefonata chiedo a quale numero mi avessero contattata, la segretaria mi riferisce un numero che loro hanno preso dal CUP, un numero ormai non in uso da ANNI. Chiedo anche quando, sempre la segretaria mi riferisce "ieri alle 11". Non si sono neanche posti il problema, visto che nessuno ha risposto, di cercare il numero attivo che avevo lasciato in segreteria... e voglio tralasciare "l'emergenza" preannunciata 36 ore prima! Fin qui, a parte il disappunto di aver sprecato inutilmente un permesso di lavoro, sono disguidi che non dovrebbero accadere ma POSSONO SUCCEDERE. La segretaria mi dice "cerchiamo di risolvere il problema, le do un altro appuntamento". Prossimo appuntamento il " 1 5 d i F E B B R A I O", che per ovvi motivi ho rifiutato. Mi dispiace per la professionista che mi avevano sengalato come una eccellenza e francamente non so come possa affidare la sua immagine professionale a questo centro.

gentile Proprietario, la prenotazione è stata fatta tramite CUP ma la disdetta è stata fatta dal suo centro. Mi avete detto in segreteria che il numero lo avete preso dal sistema del CUP. Ho verificato poc'anzi è le confermo che sono presenti i due numeri. Il vecchio e quello dove lei "gentilmente" mi ha chiamata oggi pomeriggio. Le auguro una serena giornata.
Booked visit 3 months ago. Yesterday 4 January 2022 I go to the appointment, the secretary tells me that she had contacted me because the doctor with whom I had an appointment had an urgency. Obviously, not having received any phone calls, I ask what number they had contacted me, the secretary tells me a number that they have taken from the CUP, a number that has not been used for YEARS. I also ask when, the secretary always tells me "yesterday at 11". Dear Owner, the reservation was made through CUP but the cancellation was made from its center. You told me on the answering machine that you got the number from the CUP system.
