β β β β β An high quality "all you can eat" restaurant. It may take a while to serve the order if you're really hungry and orders a lot of food, I think they try to take time sometimes

β β β β β The service was very slow and the choice of food at lunch time is very limited. We stayed for two hours and most of the time just waited... the food though, was good. The fish fresh and tasty.

β β β β β Nice food and great value for the all you can eat lunch menu at just β¬10.90 per person. However the rudeness of the staff and manager ruined the experience for me. On the second visit we hoped for better but we experienced the same attitude on both occasions we visited this week.

β β β β β We were in Italy visiting family and weβve been at Kyo twice. The food wasnβt actually that bad and ok value for money. However what was really Horrible was the staff and the service! First of all they claim β¬10.90 all you can eat but it is very clear that they are disappointed if you order a lot of food and even tell you not to order until you finish what you are eating otherwise they will charge you β¬5 per dish if you leave it on the plate. I think at 41 years old I know what I can manage to eat and I donβt need being treated like a child. Then if the restaurant isnβt busy they will not let you sit where you would prefer even if the table remains empty all the time that you are in there consuming your meal. To make matters worse it was very obvious that the staff made fun of their customers and laughed about them talking in their own language without knowing that I can actually understand it having lived in their country for sometime. I did not appreciate their attitude towards me perhaps it was the fact that Iβm a big girl or that I ordered more food than they could/would eat, I donβt know but I wish they had common sense to make their comments where the customers canβt hear them. just awful; if you have a problem with the amount of food people eat, donβt bother with an all you can eat menu, itβs that simple! Service is also very slow and the taste of the same dishes was very different between the first and second visits, perhaps because they recognised me and thought it was a good idea to treat me even worse than the first time around!

β β β β β A very elegant all you can eat reataurant with a very wide selection of sushi.
The food is on point. The service is punctual and very polite but a little bit less warm then the usual Italian place.
At the end of the meal, they were kind enough to offer a shot of sake on the house. I really appreciate it.
The place deserves a visit.
Few day after, I went back to Kyo with more people. The experience was amazing. Even my guests were positively satisfied by the choice.
