Sia io che mia madre siamo state servite dalla stessa signora (penso sia la responsabile). Ha usato per tutto il servizio la fresa per unghie, quando avrebbe potuto(dovuto!) usare la semplice limetta per togliere lo strato finale di gel. Entrambe le abbiamo esplicitamente chiesto di cambiare tecnica perché ci stava facendo del male, ma è stato inutile. Inoltre ha suggerito più volte a entrambe di fare una manicure o una semi permanente per non sentire il dolore alle unghie, ormai danneggiate e dolenti per colpa sua. Non torneremo mai più. Bad. My mother and I asked for a simple gel removal which resulted in almost removal of the real nail. Both my mother and I were served by the same lady (I think she is in charge). He used the nail cutter throughout the service, when he could (should have!) Used the simple file to remove the final layer of gel. We both explicitly asked her to change her technique because she was hurting us, but it was useless. He also repeatedly suggested to both of them to have a manicure or a semi-permanent so as not to feel the pain in their nails, now damaged and sore because of him. We will never go back.

La ragazza era praticamente muta e parlava a monosillabi e mi ha fatto pagare 12 euro per "togliere" il gel, facendomi abbastanza male e lasciandone molto sull'unghia. Arrivo alla cassa e da listino davano rimozione gel + smalto = 15€ e solo smalto 5€, perciò propongo di pagare 10€ (che era già tantissimo per il lavoro scendente fatto, contando anche che non me le ero fatte limare nonostante fosse compreso) e la ragazza insiste per farmi pagare 12€.
