Viene insegnato anche il Tai Chi C'huan stile Yang, arte marziale interna principalmente nota in Occidente come ginnastica dolce, che invece è un'ottima arte marziale per la difesa personale. L'insegnamento è curato da Gianfranco Mezzalira e Stefano Bordino, entrambi dediti da decenni alla divulgazione delle arti marziali tradizionali cinesi.
 Traditional Shaolin Kung fu courses, that is the ancient Chinese martial art that gave rise to much of the oriental martial arts known today. Yang style Tai Chi C'huan is also taught, an internal martial art mainly known in the West as soft gymnastics, which is instead an excellent martial art for self-defense. The teaching is supervised by Gianfranco Mezzalira and Stefano Bordino, both dedicated for decades to the popularization of traditional Chinese martial arts.

Teaching Tai Chi and Kung Fu over the years has given me the opportunity to understand these martial arts in a deeper way. The continuous confrontation with the students' questions leads to an enrichment of both sides.
